We're looking for a friendly, bubbly Customer Services Assistant to be the first face and voice our customers meet.
This is a role for someone who thrives on people interaction, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in being accurate and organised. If you come from a retail or hospitality background, this could be a wonderful next step.
What you'll be doing:
Greeting customers and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
Managing telephone reception and our main sales email inbox with warmth and efficiency.
Supporting customers in our showroom as they browse and purchase - like a "mini shop" experience.
Processing sales transactions (cash and card) accurately and securely, and supporting our stock controls
Keeping the showroom looking its best, supporting customer appointments and tours.
Providing admin support to our Sales & Marketing and HR teams.
About you:
Naturally bubbly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Experience in retail, hospitality, or another people-centred role.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Confident using IT (Microsoft Office and Outlook).
Reliable, flexible, and happy to juggle different tasks throughout the day.
