Main responsibilities and requirements
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses through phone, email or online channels.
Guide clients through the relocation process.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and provide feedback for platform development.
Assist with preparation of client-facing documents, reports, and updates to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online platforms/systems.
Mandarin-speaking/writing language skills preferred.
