Customer Service Coordinator
Norfolk, Thetford
Basic salary circa \xc2\xa325,000 DOE

This Manufacturing company based in Thetford are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service professional to join their team.

As a Team Administrator, you will be acting as point of call for all customers, processing customer orders and monitoring emails and incoming calls.

Other key duties include, but not subject to:

  • Stock control - ordering any office supplies needed.
  • Liaising with clients and 3rd party suppliers as and when needed.
  • Documenting orders and updating systems accurately.
This Customer Service Administrator job role, you will need to have experience in a similar role and be self-motivated.

It is ideal that you have experience in a similar environment/industry (Manufacturing, Engineering or Production) but this is only desirable, applications from any industry are welcome to apply.

You will also need to have:
  • Good Attention to detail and organisation
  • Strong Administrative and IT skills
  • Excellent Customer service/Communication skills
