The teams in this Business Line contribute, along with the Group\'s geographical entities, to supporting local authorities and companies in their environmental transition, as well as citizens to facilitate their access to a more sustainable consumption.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

SALARY: 22,000.00
LOCATION: Crayford
WORKING PATTERN: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. Plus 1 Saturday in every 5 weeks

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE/DESCRIPTION:
The efficient management and resolution of customer queries and the provision of a high-quality service which is fundamental to the business philosophy of the Company. The Customer Services Officer will be responsible for managing all of the day-to-day administration of their designated client group. The Customer Service Officers will build relationships with their customers and understand the dynamics of their businesses and structure of each respective client.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage inquiries for the designated client group.
Escalating queries which are outside the technical abilities of the Customer Services Officer, passing on the query to the appropriate member of staff and informing the client of progress.
Manage customer complaints for the designated client group, ensure that all customer complaints are logged and investigated.
Oversee delivery and receipt of samples and their booking in.
Manage contract reviews to ensure the correct analysis is completed and sample information is correct.
Liaise with the respective laboratory managers to ensure completion of work.
Issue interim and final certificates following client\'s requirements.
Manage client price-books and prepare quotations where applicable.
Investigate new requests and discuss with the sales team where applicable.
Prepare monthly reports for designated client group listing sample numbers, customer complaints and inquiries.

GENERAL:
At all times to work in a way that demonstrates Latis Scientific Limited\'s business methods.
To listen to and relay market intelligence.
Maintain high standards in terms of personal appearance conduct and respect of Company property.

Which skills and experiences you will need to succeed in this role?

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Data entry.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent customer service skills.
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good organisation skills.
