An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Services Centre for a temporary 12-month contract.



The Customer Services Centre is the first point of contact for customers for a variety of services and we aim to provide an efficient and professional service to our customers. using a range of communication channels i.e. telephone, email and web-based enquiries.



The role will support our Customer Strategy and our approach to putting the customer at the heart of what we do. As we transform our services to utilise new technology, this is a great time to join the team.

You will have excellent communications skills and be computer literate, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Outlook and Word.
