Customer Services Operator
All day Monday, All day Tuesday and a Wednesday Afternoon ( 20 Hours)
Overtime: Some available periodically
Salary: Based on experience - 12.48 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer orders accurately and efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and SAGE Accounts
Order Processing Skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent self- organisational skills
Education and Experience:
Previously or currently employed as a customer service person
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience of SAGE accounting software preferred.
Basic Numeracy & Literacy
