Our team in Sandbach currently has an opening for a Customer Services Representative
Purpose of Position:
To provide excellent customer service to all internal (depots) and external customers for the AdBlue business.
Effectively communicate between the customer and all internal functions to ensure that all customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
As a Customer Services Representative, it will be your responsibility to:
- Follow up and respond to customer service calls
- Validate and process orders received via telephone and email in a timely manner
- As required, amend and cancel orders as appropriate to meet customer\'s requirements
- Generate return Packing Authorization Number
- Closely manage and update system data
- Generate customer invoices
- Set up new customer accounts
- Process supplier invoices and credits
- Generate Price Expiry Reports
- Work with transport to manage on time customer deliveries
- Liaise with all commercial and sales staff to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are managed in a timely manner
- Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the appropriate line managers from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the job, and providing they are within the post holders skills
Education:
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
Knowledge / Experience:
Customer service experience within a fast-moving business
SAP or equivalent order processing system
Competent IT skills. Microsoft suite, email, word, excel etc
Personal Skills & Abilities:
Polite and courteous
Customer focussed
Organised and able to prioritise workloads
Good communication skills with internal and external customers
Quick learner with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
