Customer Services Specialist
, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple brands within the Glazing Vision group.
This is an office based role. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive timely, professional, and high-quality service across various communication channels.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chat. Route enquiries to the appropriate teams and resolve issues promptly.
Complaints Handling
Log and manage customer complaints with care and efficiency. Ensure each issue is directed to the right department and followed through to resolution.
Customer Feedback & Engagement
Proactively gather customer feedback and encourage reviews to improve our service and customer satisfaction.
Lead Management
Identify and direct potential sales leads to the relevant sales teams across the Glazing Vision group.
Audience Segmentation
Collaborate with the CX Team to segment customer data, helping us deliver more tailored communications and marketing strategies.
CRM & Database Management
Accurately log all customer interaction. Serve as a Database Administrator, managing user accounts, ensuring data hygiene, and maintaining system integrity.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with teams across the group to ensure seamless service and communication.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
Experience with CRM systems (an advantage)
A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
