The Role
As Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in embedding customer and community priorities into project delivery. Working across operational teams and with external partners, you'll ensure our communications are proactive, transparent and focused on what matters most to the people we serve.
You'll act as the voice of the customer, using insight and data to influence decisions, drive improvements and ensure every interaction reflects Clancy's commitment to excellence.
