We provide a range of Litho, Inkjet and on-demand Digital printing services to customers throughout the UK. We are looking for a well-organised and motivated person. We have a full time position for an Account Manager within our Customer Services Team who will manage a portfolio of accounts.
Your responsibilities will be to:
deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
respond promptly to customer inquiries by processing orders, quotes, and other requests
organise workflow to meet customer time frames
communicate and coordinate with internal departments
manage administration
This is a critical hire to the business and applications are welcomed from candidates that are innovative, motivated, enthusiastic with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a good team player. Product knowledge is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
This role sits in between the Sales Team and the Factory Production Team and has plenty of variety which requires some serious multi-tasking. A competitive salary will be offered.
