Role: Customer Service / Sales Executive



Overview


This position sits within a motivated, collaborative team that manages a mixture of incoming and proactive customer contact. It suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, is comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and enjoys working closely with colleagues.

The role centres on supporting customers within the domestic energy sector, primarily through inbound enquiries. The successful candidate will identify customer needs through structured questioning, ensure information is captured accurately, and consistently deliver a positive customer experience. Providing excellent service is essential, as customer satisfaction is a key focus of the organisation.

Main Responsibilities



Handle a high volume of daily customer calls and confidently guide conversations to secure sales Accurately log customer information and order details in the CRM by following the required data-capture process Maintain strong activity levels, monitor conversion performance, and ensure high-quality interaction on every call Record sales received through online or digital enquiry channels Respond to customer emails promptly Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues, keeping the customer informed throughout

Previous experience handling inbound calls Positive, approachable telephone manner Strong customer-focused mindset Able to build rapport easily and develop effective working relationships

Package



Base salary: 26,000 (OTE 30K) Monday to Friday office based Annual bonus scheme Pension provided 25 days' holiday plus additional employee benefits
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
