The role centres on supporting customers within the domestic energy sector, primarily through inbound enquiries. The successful candidate will identify customer needs through structured questioning, ensure information is captured accurately, and consistently deliver a positive customer experience. Providing excellent service is essential, as customer satisfaction is a key focus of the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of daily customer calls and confidently guide conversations to secure sales
Accurately log customer information and order details in the CRM by following the required data-capture process
Maintain strong activity levels, monitor conversion performance, and ensure high-quality interaction on every call
Record sales received through online or digital enquiry channels
Respond to customer emails promptly
Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues, keeping the customer informed throughout

Base salary: 26,000 (OTE 30K)
