This role involves handling customer enquiries, processing data entry tasks, and supporting sales through upselling opportunities. Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
Maintain accurate records through data entry and update customer information in our database
Provide detailed product or service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions
Resolve customer issues efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience
Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement

Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette
