We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. This role involves handling customer enquiries, processing data entry tasks, and supporting sales through upselling opportunities. Very good english is required to effectively serve our diverse customer base. The position offers an engaging environment where communication skills, analysis abilities, and multilingual proficiency are valued.

Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms Maintain accurate records through data entry and update customer information in our database Provide detailed product or service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions Resolve customer issues efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement

Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and feedback effectively Ability to upsell products or services tactfully without being intrusive Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to handle multiple channels of communication professionally and courteously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.25-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
