Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and engaging Customer Service Sales representatives to represent our brands to promote & Sale our products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, and possess a strong understanding of marketing principles. As a Customer Service Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement and sales through various promotional activities. Full product Training provided.

Responsibilities

Actively promote our Clients brand and products through home visits, B2B work place , and in-store demonstrations. Engage with customers to provide information about products and answer any queries they may have. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies. Collect feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and customer experience. Represent the brand in a professional manner, ensuring all interactions reflect the company's values.

Skills

Strong marketing knowledge with the ability to effectively communicate brand messages. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse audiences. Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients. Ability to apply basic sales principles and face 2 face marketing strategies. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
