Role: Customer Support / General administration & Dispatch / Warehouse duties Location: Bridgend Hours: Full-time - 40 hrs/week
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative / Customer Support
Manage and update social media accounts
Take customer orders and respond promptly to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and web channels
Communicate with customers over the phone, providing excellent customer service
Work efficiently as part of a small, close-knit team
Pack and dispatch customer orders with accuracy
Prepare kits for dispatch, ensuring product details are updated in the system before shipping
Desired Skills & Experience:
Computer literacy and experience with basic office software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Interest in cars or basic knowledge of the 12-volt industry (ideal but not essential)
Strong attention to detail
Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
Ability to retain information.
Previous experience in customer service and administration
