Job Overview:




We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that address business needs while meeting technical requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Solution Design

: Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions for business problems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

Requirement Analysis

: Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Stakeholder Engagement

: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Technical Leadership

: Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring that solutions adhere to architectural best practices, standards, and industry best practices.

Technology Evaluation

: Assess and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for various solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's tech stack.

Risk Management

: Identify potential risks or challenges associated with the architecture and provide solutions to mitigate them.

Documentation

: Create and maintain clear documentation of architectural designs, processes, and solutions to ensure effective communication across teams.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure solutions meet quality and performance standards through testing, validation, and peer reviews.

Continuous Improvement

: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the team's solutions are innovative and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role with a strong track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions. Deep understanding of system architecture, data engineering, software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and enterprise integration techniques. Expertise in designing solutions across various domains, such as enterprise applications, data management, security, and cloud infrastructure. Strong proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience mentoring junior developers and architects.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies. Telecom and IT industry experioence Certifications like TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are desirable.
