Overview:
This role will engage with internal stakeholders, prospective and existing customers to demonstrate the value of AIT's technology capabilities and services. The Customer Solutions Manager supports onboarding, integration, and other customer-facing technology projects.
This role will influence the development of marketing messaging and communication related to AIT's technology solutions and perform post-project reviews to assess results against objectives, SLAs, and the technology roadmap.
Responsibilities: Engages directly with customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate projects, delivering customer technology solutions and services
Identifies regional-specific opportunities for utilizing the company's information technology tools.
Proactively communicates with internal stakeholders and customers to improve solution delivery outcomes
Educates internal and external customers on the value of the company's IT solutions
Manages progress reports regarding customer-facing technology projects and metrics
Identifies and communicates challenges related to customer-facing technology
Partners closely with customers and business teams to ensure the maximum use, understanding, and efficiency of solutions and services
Collaborates with the Application Development team to support the development of regional-specific customer solutions
Strong communicator with customers, sales, IT, and business stakeholders
All other duties as assigned as business needs deem necessary
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree related to IT or comparable field experience required
Other Skills and Experience
5+ years of expertise with project management methodologies and operational processes
Regional specific knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, and eCommerce
Proven Experience in logistics and/or technical sales is preferred
Ability to support projects and priorities demanding rigorous attention to detail
Possess strong analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of staff inside and outside the organization
Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Specialized computer knowledge
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
Willingness to travel within Europe and UK
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
