Customer Solutions & Sales Executive

to join us at an important stage of that growth.

The Role

This role combines

customer service, problem-solving, and sales

You'll manage inbound customer enquiries, guide customers toward the right solution, and convert suitable opportunities into confirmed work -- always balancing service quality with commercial awareness.

This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to grow with a business, not hide inside a large corporate structure.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email Understanding customer requirements through structured questioning Building and explaining quotes clearly and professionally Managing customer expectations and maintaining strong relationships Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth service Turning good service into repeat business

Experience in logistics or time-critical services is beneficial, but not essential.
