Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Advisor based at our Hampton, London HQ. The Customer Success Advisor will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and support. The role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing strategic advice, and resolving any issues effectively.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and support skills Effective communication and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Proven track record in customer retention and satisfaction Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
