Symple is a fast-growing platform helping landlords and letting agents book essential property safety certificates. We're looking for a friendly, confident, and detail-focused

Customer Success Advisor

to join our team. If you love helping people, solving problems, and working in a supportive environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Handle customer enquiries via

phone, email, chat, text, and social media

, providing fast and professional resolutions. Use your confident telephone manner to support customers and route calls to the right departments. Record all interactions accurately in our systems (Symple Portal, Zoho, Teams). Work closely with landlords and service providers to resolve issues efficiently. Log and manage complaints, ensuring customers leave satisfied. Support onboarding of landlords and service providers. Monitor safety certificates (Gas, EICR, EPC) and follow up with service providers where needed. Provide feedback to help improve our processes and customer experience. Support colleagues, attend team meetings, and complete ongoing training.

What We're Looking For

Confident on the telephone

with excellent communication skills.

Computer literate

, especially with

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-focused approach. Self-motivated with great listening skills.

What You'll Need

GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). No previous experience required -- full training is provided.
