What's the role?
We're looking for a Customer Success Apprentice to join our friendly and dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our customers and helping them get the most from our technology. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop valuable business and digital skills, and help us build lasting customer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone curious, motivated, and looking to build a future in the tech, sales, or customer success space. You'll be supported every step of the way and have the chance to grow with the business after your apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers via phone, email, and live chat
Help onboard new customers and guide them through our platform
Assist with gathering feedback and identifying service improvements
Log and track queries in our CRM system, ensuring follow-up and resolution
Spot opportunities to upsell or add value for existing customers
Create and maintain knowledge base content and help guides
Work with the wider team to improve customer experience
Attend meetings and contribute ideas for business growth
Learn continuously about our products, customer needs, and the sector
Who We're Looking For

Entry Requirements
GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and maths at grade 4/C or above preferred but not essential
Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
No prior experience required, just the right attitude and a desire to grow
