onboarding and supporting new customers

. You'll conduct welcome calls, assist customers in setting up additional services included in their policies, and ensure they feel confident and supported. While this role is primarily

Key Responsibilities:

Make welcome calls to newly acquired customers, ensuring a positive onboarding experience Assist customers in setting up additional services included in their policies Address customer questions and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Identify opportunities to connect customers with advisers for additional protection options Book annual review appointments with customers Manage call-backs and follow-ups efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications or a similar field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and platforms Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail Team player who collaborates effectively across departments Growth-oriented mindset, eager to develop a long-term career with the company Alignment with our company values: Desire, Discipline, Commitment, Honesty, and Progress
