My client is a rapidly growing consumer finance provider with a niche within Probate & Family Law lending. After 5 years of trading, they are a profitable scale up and have recently closed a 40M funding line to support scalability, further debt lending & technology development



As my client is growing MoM re inbound enquiries, marketing traction & general brand awareness - They are looking to build a client facing team separate from outbound sales. We are looking for talented individual to establish the team alongside Commercial Director with focus on converting inbound enquiries, accelerating live cases & providing high level of support to existing customers with goal of retention & increased ARR.


Key responsibilities:




Take responsibility for live enquiries coming into business from partners, marketing campaigns and our website - Goal is turning an enquiry into an active lending customer Work with pipeline of clients in the application process to ensure as smooth, easy & efficient as possible to reduce number of ' drop outs' Provide detailed insight & knowledge to potential HNW individual clients about products, process & benefits it can bring them Work with stakeholders internally to ensure smooth & quick decision on lending cases for your pipeline Provide day to day support to customers who have lending out - Build a fantastic relationship & brand name to help with referrals and retention Ad hoc tasks & being proactive In building ' best practice' as it's a new function for the company

Experience



2 + years experience in a CS type role - Proven success in building & retaining new customers Proven experience working with professional introducers & professional clients - Solicitors / Lawyers / IFA's etc ' Commercial Mindset' - Happy to work in target driven environment with focus on lending volumes, speed of deal & reducing delinquent cases Proactive individual - Happy to be in a start up fast paced environment * Good stakeholder management both internal & external
