About the Role



We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to support our sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure smooth order processing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Support



Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information to convert interest into sales.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., purchasing) and external vendors to ensure orders are fulfilled and customer expectations are met.

Develop strong product knowledge to give tailored recommendations.

Customer Service



Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours with accuracy and professionalism.

Resolve issues and complaints with understanding and professionalism, always aiming for customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain lasting customer and supplier relationships.

Proactively follow up on quotes, samples, lead times, and orders to keep customers informed.

Order Processing



Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate custom stock needs.

Understand the full sales cycle and supply chain to anticipate risks and ensure on-time delivery.

Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs to support smooth operations.

Track order and delivery schedules, updating customers and internal teams on progress or delays.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or sales.

Previous experience working with CRM systems is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively across teams.

Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1-hour unpaid break daily.

Annual Leave 28 days inclusive of public holidays.
