Success Manager

E-Commerce Lead

who thrives in a high-octane environment and shares our passion for motorsport with a focus on brilliant customer success for both existing and new customers.

The Role That Drives Success



As our Success Manager, you'll be the pit crew chief of customer experience - ensuring every interaction runs like a successful racing team. This isn't just another customer service role; it's your chance to become the heartbeat of our growing motorsport community.

You'll own the entire customer journey

, from the moment someone discovers our brands to becoming customers and lifelong advocates of our products. Whether it's a weekend warrior getting their first helmet or one of our 100+ dealers placing bulk orders, you'll be their trusted guide through the world of motorsport safety and performance.

Your Championship ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience Excellence



B2C Customer Success

: Be the friendly voice behind every return, lead time inquiry, and product question. Optimising processes.

B2B Customer Relations

: Manage professional relationships with racing teams, driving schools, and motorsport suppliers.

Order Processing

: Seamlessly handle order management for all B2C and B2B orders.

Platform Management

: Master WooCommerce, Cin7 and Shiptheory to process all orders whilst coordinating with our teams in the UK and Belgium. Try new tools to maximise cart value and repeat custom.

Revenue Growth & Sales



Account Management

: Nurture and farm existing B2B relationships to maximize lifetime value

Membership Management:

Become the driving force behind the introduction of our new Premium Membership offering.

Marketing Opportunities

: Working with our Head of Marketing to develop sophisticated sales strategies through partnerships, digital advertisement and media.

Channel Assessment:

Recommend and own strategy on which channels are working and which are not, be the solution.

Sales Technology

: Leverage tools like Klaviyo, TripleWhale, WooCommerce and help build marketing campaigns to drive targeted campaigns and track performance.

Stock Forecasting

: Use data insights to predict demand and optimize inventory levels

Events and Exhibition Support

: Attend and support at industry trade shows and special events at our retail outlet in Norwich

Membership Manager

: Lead the technical and content plan for our exclusive member platform and build our VIP community

Product Scout

: Discover the next generation of racing gear and safety innovations for us to sell.
