As we grow, we're seeking a
Customer Success & Relationship Manager
to take ownership of our pipeline, optimise our CRM processes, and build strong client relationships -- creating the structure we need to scale effectively and sustainably.
The Role
This is a hybrid sales operations and relationship management role -- focused on building pipeline visibility, ensuring follow-up, and supporting client communication.
You will:
Manage and maintain our Pipedrive CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, tasks, and opportunities
Own the full sales pipeline -- from inbound enquiry to proposal stage
Coordinate closely with the Managing Director and virtual assistant to ensure all leads are followed up professionally
Support proposal development and tender submissions
Monitor new enquiries and re-engage lapsed opportunities
Produce pipeline reports and activity forecasts using
Excel
and
Microsoft 365
Refine CRM workflows and automation to improve efficiency
Ensure a smooth handover to operational teams once contracts are won
Help grow recurring work by maintaining regular contact with clients
This is a hands-on, central role where your organisation and initiative will directly influence growth.
What We're Looking For
Essential
:
Proven experience in
sales, sales coordination
,
CRM management
, or
client services
High-level competence in
Microsoft 365
, especially
Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
Confident with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems
Excellent organisation and follow-up discipline
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and manage your own time and priorities
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and process improvement
Desirable
:
Experience in fire safety, construction, or compliance sectors
Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting systems
Familiarity with public sector procurement, bids, or tenders
Interest in progressing to a
Commercial Manager
or
Sales Lead
role
