Salary - up to 50,000 plus bonus

ZMedia is looking to hire a Customer Success Team Lead to join an established, growing tech platform which services the Education Industry.
As part of this role, you will be managing a team of Account Managers ensuring that clients are onboarded correctly, their questions and queries are dealt with timely and ensuring renewals.
