The role



The role itself entails authorising tyre requests made by our Kwik-Fit centres and third party providers for our fleet customers. We will provide you with extensive training, helping you to gain the knowledge needed for this role.


Additional Information




Full time contract available - 40 hours over 5 days

Tuesday to Friday rotational 8.30am to 5pm and 9.30am to 6pm

Saturday 8.30am until 5pm

Training will be completed onsite, side by side

Hybrid working once training has been successfully completed


Key accountabilities



No two days are the same at Kwik Fit -


Achieving key maximum performance results measured on telephone statistics, speed and accuracy. Maintain high levels of customer awareness and flexibility. Report areas of improvement or concern to line manager. Work as a conscientious team member Promote a professional image of Kwik-Fit & Kwik Fit fleet operations at all times Adhere to brand and part fitment within defined parameters.


Skills & experience

Our friendly service and top-level mechanical expertise is a winning combination that makes us heroes in the community. Striking that balance as a Contact Centre Agent requires a special skill set including:




Proven track record of good customer relations, call centre experience and or Fast fit industry/fleet experience an added advantage. Computer literate. Basic keyboard skills. Good telephone manner. Commercial acumen. Problem-solving and analysis. Written and verbal communication. Excellent Customer Service skills. Ability to handle complex queries and challenging customer scenarios. An ability to learn new systems and processes. Excellent communication and relationship skills.
