About the Role:


As a

Customer Support Advisor

, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing clear, friendly, and helpful advice over the phone, by email, or live chat. Every day will bring a variety of queries - you'll be troubleshooting, guiding, reassuring, and making sure each customer feels heard and valued.

What You'll Be Doing:



Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat Resolving issues efficiently while keeping things friendly and professional Working collaboratively with your team to meet service goals Accurately logging customer information into internal systems Providing clear updates and solutions - no scripts, just genuine conversations
