A day in the life of...
As a Customer Support Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Provide exceptional support to customers via multiple channels
Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly and professionally
Providing key support to sales representatives and other areas of the business
Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotional activities
Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and solutions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer support or similar role
IT Literate and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, positive customer facing approach
Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
