to join us at our Colchester office and help us continue delivering the outstanding service our learners and instructors expect.
About the Role
As a
Customer Support Advisor
, you'll be the first point of contact for our learners, instructors, and business clients. You'll handle a variety of enquiries, from course bookings and account queries to product information and certification support.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in doing things well, and thrives in a busy but friendly office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide clear, accurate, and friendly information about our courses and services.
Log and track interactions to ensure all queries are followed up and resolved efficiently.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Work closely with other departments to support customers and resolve issues quickly.
Contribute ideas to improve our customer experience and internal processes.
What We're Looking For
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills
with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
A positive, patient, and professional attitude.
Confidence using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in a customer service or administrative role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
