We are looking for a customer-focused and technically-minded Support Advisor who is passionate about solving problems, building relationships, and growing their career with a company that values and rewards dedication.

What will you do?

Be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers, providing timely support via phone, email, and live-chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers to clear and effective solutions. Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction. Become an expert on our products and services to provide accurate and confident support. Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help us continuously improve.

What we are looking for in our Support Advisor:

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment. Excellent communication skills, with a talent for explaining technical concepts in a simple way. A natural problem-solver with a patient, empathetic, and professional mindset. Tech-savvy and comfortable with computer systems and software applications. A collaborative team player who is organised and detail-oriented. Driving licence preferred.
