Work in a busy customer facing office environment

Love finding solutions to problems to make our customers happy.

Provide genuinely great customer service in relation to product queries, delivery updates and assistance with returns/replacements.

Be aware of the value of our review score and stay focussed on growing that.

Work effectively with other team members to co-ordinate solution delivery or assist in problem solving as required.

Use platforms across multiple channels such as Amazing Messaging, Meta Messenger/Inbox, Email and Onsite Chat to assist with queries.
