CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISOR
We are seeking a dedicated Complaints Administrator and Customer Support Agent to support a new project with a new client. The role involves logging Complaints and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), as well as offering necessary customer support through telephone, webchat, email and letter communication channels. High accuracy is essential, and there is potential for additional training on more complex tasks as the project progresses. There will be some aspects of the role involving handling Inbound telephony.

Starting Salary from 24,570 per annum
Hourly Rate:
12.60ph
Performance Bonus:
Up to 1.10 per hour
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week. Monday to Friday between 9am - 5:30pm.
Where:
Glasgow City Centre Location

Up to 12 weeks office-based then when you have been signed off from training and are deemed competent, there is the option to work on a Hybrid basis.
Attendance:
No holiday will be permitted during the training period.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support providing updates on their complaints or DSARs, ensuring you display empathy and sensitivity to the client's customers across Telephone, Webchat, Email & written communication channels.
Logging Complaints: Accurately and consistently logging complaints into a case management system.
Logging DSARs: Accurately and consistently logging DSARs into the appropriate spreadsheet or system and following the process carefully to ensure that the team creating the DSARs have the information they need
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the work.
Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, including client support areas, to ensure the best experience for our clients.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and learn from each piece of work to improve processes.
Role Requirements:
Experience in a customer centric environment and having some relevant recent complaints experience over multi communication channels - webchat, emails & letters.
Inbound Customer Service experience desirable.
Deliver high levels of accuracy and consistent quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and complaints management tools
Persistent and resilient attitude towards rejection and challenges.
Adaptability to quickly learn about new products and industries.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
