Britannia Rose is a growing UK-based interiors brand specialising in luxury made-to-measure curtains, blinds, and soft furnishings. As we expand, we're looking for a friendly and organised person to join our customer support team.
What
you'll
do
Answer customer queries by email and phone
Help with fabric advice, measuring, order tracking and general support
Work with production to resolve issues quickly
Keep accurate records and follow up where needed
Deliver a kind, calm experience -- even when customers are stressed or fussy

Strong written and verbal communication skills
A natural problem solver with a calm attitude
Comfortable learning new systems (we'll train you)
Previous customer service experience (e-commerce or interiors is a plus)
Good attention to detail and follow-through
