Customer Support Advisor

Job Description

Working for the UK's largest garage equipment company, you will be the first point of contact and take ownership of all customer enquiries from telephone calls and / or emails for both new equipment sales and equipment service requirements.

You'll assist in resolving enquiries and supporting customer's needs, whilst always being aware of their service level agreements to ensure that designated time frames are honoured.

Role and Responsibilities:



- Ensure all calls are answered immediately and emails responded to within 1 hour of receipt

o For

all

enquiries; accurately log the customer details and the nature of the enquiry and / or equipment type, make, model, serial number and problem description where applicable.

o For equipment enquiries; pass details to relevant colleagues for further action

o For service enquires; confirm the engineer attendance / resolution in accordance with customer service level agreements

- Make courtesy follow up calls to ensure customer expectations are always being delivered, including regular customer updates regarding outstanding tasks

- Record customer complaints in line with the company's procedures and where possible, resolving and closing them yourself by taking appropriate actions

- Other ad-hoc tasks necessary to support the business

Skills and Qualification



- Customer service or call centre experience and / or any other sales leads roles

- A strongly customer focused attitude, with a polite and professional manner

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent levels of communication with both customers and colleagues

- Works well in a team environment

- IT literacy

- 5 GCSE's including English and Mathematics

Salary -



23,810 for 37.5 hours per week.

Location -



Currently Plympton, however the company is scheduled to move offices in the next 6 weeks, so depending on start date and contracts being agreed, this will / should change to shortly.
