We are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Support Advisor to join our successful Triage team within the Aftersales team, from our Head Office in Gillingham. The role requires a determined and proactive team player who thrives in a busy and fast paced working environment and will be handling customer queries via telephone and emails.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Manage incoming customer communications via telephone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Collaborate with various departments across the business to gather information and resolve issues effectively.
Assess the nature of complaints and escalate them to the appropriate personnel or department for resolution.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required to support the team and business operations.
Essential Candidate Requirements:
Previous Customer Service experience
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Exceptional Telephone Manner
Organised and Punctual
Strong computer skills
