We are currently recruiting a Customer Support Agent based in our Sheffield Head Office who will support the team in delivering first class service to our customers.

Main Purpose of the Role
To assist consumers with any queries regarding the Home Decor product range to help them place an order.
To assist members of the Customer Support department and wider departments within the business with any Customer Service issues which may arise.
To accurately oversee any problems that may occur and assist in the implementation of processes which will resolve these problems.
To ensure all orders are processed in full within the SLA.
To manage the customer order book
Key Responsibilities
Answering calls and emails from both customers and the end consumer and dealing with their queries as required.
Accurately processing orders on both our Microsoft AX system and internal order portal.
Liaise with Production and warehouse for order fulfilment.
Liaise with our haulage company to assist with booking deliveries/collections of orders and dealing with any transport related issues.
Organise delivery of smaller orders via alternative couriers such as DHL and Royal Mail.
Deal with Invoice queries and credit requests.
Resolve customer complaints and effectively manage the customer's expectations.
Reply to enquiries in a timely manner.
Providing technical help on the product range to both stores and the end consumer.
Providing information on our wide range of stockists and their individual ranges/processes.
Solving any problems which may arise including advising how to deal with damaged goods or components and short deliveries.
Completing various Sales and order book Reports as and when required.
Ensuring invoicing (Delivered Not Invoiced) is being managed through the order book along with on hold orders.
Knowledge & Experience
Experience working within a similar role in Sales Administration would be desirable.
Retail or similar experience, giving experience of customer contact and working towards achieving excellent Customer Service.
Experience dealing with customer complaints over the telephone.
Key Skills & Qualifications Required
Strong IT skills in MS Office, which are utilised and improved daily when completing reports and updating databases using excel.
Experience with Microsoft AX or other similar systems is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, which are also improved on a daily basis when dealing with both customer enquiries and communicating with other members of the company.
Strong organisational and problem solving skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
Attention to detail & good sense of initiative.
