As we continue to grow, we're looking to expand our small and friendly team. We're seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual to support our day-to-day operations and help ensure the smooth delivery of workshops to schools across the UK.
About the Role
This is a varied coordination and customer care role that would suit someone who thrives on being organised, staying ahead of the game, and delivering brilliant service. You'll be at the heart of our team, supporting with a mix of internal logistics and external communication.
The exact responsibilities will depend on your experience and strengths, but the role may involve:
Communicating with schools and/or facilitators to confirm workshop details
Supporting with timetabling and scheduling of bookings
Providing customer care and helping resolve any logistical challenges
Helping manage communications between multiple parties to ensure workshops run smoothly
Assisting with internal coordination, recruitment, or general office support
Keeping records and follow-up systems organised and up to date
