The Role


As a Customer Support Consultant, you will play an integral part of our showroom team assisting colleagues with offering an outstanding level of service to every customer.

On an average day you will play an active role in assisting the sales team with their duties by dealing with customer enquiries via phone, walk-in and online.

Other duties will include;

Actively prospecting new & existing customers Following up customers for feedback / customer satisfaction Ensure vehicles are merchandised correctly & pricing displays are up to date Meeting & greeting visitors to the showroom & ensuring they are being dealt with Assisting with customer test drives when required Accurately collecting customer data & entering onto Dealer Management System

The Person


We are looking for someone with a real passion for people. You will thrive on exceeding customer expectations. A team player with an appetite helps colleagues in their roles. New technology with a keen interest in the automotive space is important.

Experience in dealing with customers in a retail environment Computer literacy including MS Office Excellent presentation Strong written & verbal communication skills

Pay: 25,000.00-25,500.00 per year
