We are looking for a proven, service-driven Customer Support Coordinator to join our Account Management team and take ownership of an exciting Ecommerce client account. You will naturally understand how to maintain and build strong customer relationships and will be confident in resolving any immediate queries that arise.
As our Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a cost-effective operation that aligns with our best practices while successfully managing key accounts.
Our Customer Support Coordinator will be employed on an full-time, permanent position based at our Bradford site in the BD12 Low Moor area, conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from junction 26 of the M62. The role is primarily site-based, although we appreciate that life happens, so occasional flexibility to work from home can be offered when needed.
