What You'll Do




As a

Customer Support Coordinator

, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. You will:

Handling admin tasks and maintaining accurate records Coordinating communication with internal and external teams Supporting internal processes and contributing to team activities Promoting our brand and providing accurate product info Assisting with ad hoc tasks and suggesting process improvements Managing schedules, rescheduling work, and supporting service managers Using portals and tools to help meet team KPIs
