Bailey CW Ltd is part of the Bailey Group, who specialises in design and delivery of innovative building envelope solutions to the construction industry.
As a Customer Support Co-ordinator you will be the voice of our business and we are looking for proactive and confident communicator who will excel in a busy, hard working but friendly team.
Primarily responsible for looking after key accounts, which consists of;
- Develop a working relationship with the customer, acting as a key contact.
- Sales orders being input, and/or uploaded and processed onto our sage based system.
- Communication regarding queries, stock shortages, deliveries, in both verbal & written format.
- Generating quotations & pro forma, as well as processing necessary card payments via computer links.
- Work closely with the External Business Development Managers in order to deliver the most up to date information to the customer.
- Liaising with Suppliers to ensure that goods are delivered in a timely manner.
- Working with third party processors to ensure goods are supplied and delivered according to our instructions.
- Delivering excellent levels of Customer service and support.
