We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

, with relevant and exceptional skills in administration and customer service, to join our Internal Sales team on fixed term basis up until May 2026 based in our Ashford office.

This a

fixed term contract

position for maternity and sabbatical cover - commencing ASAP until 1st May 2026.

Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.

8am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break each day.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will perform a variety of sales-related tasks, both customer facing and supporting the wider team in order to improve our overall customer experience. This role will be office-based.

Duties:

Manage straight to order accounts to increase sales team capacity
High availability and CAR

Responsible for batch cleansing and management

Completion of direct sales administration (quotes and orders)

Support purchasing with stock Cleanses.

Support regarding IT Systems and Change Management

Additional support as cover for absence.

Qualifications:

- GCSE in Maths and English with grades A- C - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate via telephone and e-mails
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
