We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Support Executive.
The Role
This is a part-time Customer Support Executive position focused on maintaining excellent customer relationships and resolving enquiries efficiently. You'll work independently whilst being part of a collaborative team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries and support tickets via email
Investigating and resolving shipment issues by liaising with courier companies
Maintaining accurate records in our order management system
Collaborating with colleagues to share information and ensure consistent service
Using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
Shift Pattern
Hours: 7-10 hours per week (10 hours/week for first 2 weeks during training)
Monday: 1-2 hours before 10am
Tuesday-Friday: 1-2 hours in the morning
Weekend: No work required
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
An excellent written communicator with strong English skills
A natural problem-solver who can work through issues independently
Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet for video calls
Experienced in customer service (essential)
Skilled at using online tools and platforms
Detail-oriented and professional in all customer interactions
