Advice with Accounts is looking for a confident and articulate
Customer Support Executive
to join our Nottingham office. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and a customer-focused mindset. You will be supporting our real estate-based projects and handling inbound and outbound calls, predominantly dealing with tenants and clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Communicate with clients and tenants to address inquiries, issues, and service needs
Deal with rent queries, maintenance requests, and other property-related concerns
Manage challenging conversations calmly and confidently
Conduct payment follow-ups and explain account-related matters
Maintain accurate call logs and client records using internal systems
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of client issues
Key Requirements:
Good communication
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a voice-based role
Experience handling customers or real estate clients is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations professionally
A strong team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Must be eligible to work in the UK
