We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Intern to join our team. This training-based role is remote, flexible, and intended for individuals looking to build real-world projects. While it does not include a salary. This is an internship designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and CRM tools.
Successful interns may be considered for part-time or full-time employment based on performance and company needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues or routing them to the appropriate team.
Document frequently asked questions and create support guides.
Help improve the customer experience by identifying recurring pain points.
Support the onboarding of new users by guiding them through setup or product tutorials.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM or helpdesk system.
Requirements / Skills:
Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT etc).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for customer needs.
Basic understanding of customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly.
Note: If you want to learn, paid training will be provided.
