About the Apprenticeship



This

Customer Support, Sales & Marketing Apprenticeship

is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their career to gain real-world experience across multiple departments. You'll work directly with the founding team and be supported every step of the way as you grow your skills in:

Customer service & communication Sales & outreach Social media & content creation Marketing strategy & analytics

What You'll Be Doing



Customer Support & Success



Become a go-to person for customer queries via email, live chat, and phone Help new users get started and understand our software Deliver live product demos and support our clients' success

Marketing & Social Media



Manage our TikTok and Instagram accounts Create videos, posts, and stories that engage and grow our community Help define our tone of voice and brand personality Track performance and learn what works best

Sales & Growth (as you grow)



Assist in reaching out to new leads and partners Contribute to marketing campaigns and help build sales materials Share customer feedback to help shape the future of our products

What We're Looking For



A confident communicator -- comfortable on the phone and in front of a camera A creative spark -- with a passion for content, storytelling, and design Interest in tech, startups, pets (or all three!) Willingness to learn and take initiative Some familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or video editing (not essential if you're keen to learn!)
