What You'll Be Doing
Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries from customers
Updating customers by email and phone and answering queries
Organising deliveries and collections
Using and updating the CRM
Helping other departments if time allows
Qualifications / Experience:
experience in a customer support or help desk role preferred but not essential
High level of proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and MS Word
Experience on operating CRM systems
