We are a leading player in the media manufacturing industry, delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our B2B clients. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team and ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of customer service for B2B clients.
Process and load customer orders accurately.
Liaise with suppliers and internal manufacturing teams to ensure timely production.
Coordinate delivery of final goods and resolve any logistical issues.
Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records using Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Office Suite.
Support continuous improvement in customer experience.
Ideally, You Will Have
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Sage Line 50.
Previous Customer Service experience in a B2B environment.
Strong communication, Good telephone manner and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
