Purpose of the Role



Play a key role in driving the growth and success of TalentPredix(TM), an innovative consultancy in strengths and talent assessment, development, and coaching. In this role, you'll lead both the sales and customer support functions - building strong client relationships, securing new business, and ensuring outstanding service at every stage.

Main Responsibilities



1. Sales Support



Research and qualify leads, making outbound calls/emails to generate interest and respond to questions about products and services. Schedule consultations and business development meetings for directors and consultants. Support the sales team by preparing tailored quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients. Conduct background research on prospective clients and industries to inform customized sales approaches. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services. Maintain and update client records in CRM system (Zoho), ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Collaborate closely with marketing to align promotional campaigns and materials with sales objectives. Track and report on lead generation activities to support continuous improvement of the sales pipeline.

2. Operational & Customer Support



Provide customer and system support, handling general and technical queries with prompt, effective, and friendly responses. Troubleshoot issues and escalate more complex cases where required, ensuring a positive client experience. Assist with managing and coordinating assessment processes for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor and improve client support processes and systems to increase efficiency and client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on client projects, support queries, and engagement levels. Actively contribute ideas and feedback to strengthen client support, project management, and operational processes. Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients by delivering professional, reliable, and value-adding support.

3. General Administrative Support



Manage scheduling and coordination of internal meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking actions. Support communications, logistics, and occasional travel arrangements for directors and consultants. Provide general administrative assistance, maintaining accurate process documentation, reports, and records. Create, issue, and track invoices using Xero, ensuring accuracy and timely payments from clients. Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and other financial administration tasks as needed.

About You



You've got 2-3 years of outbound B2B sales or recruitment experience (a background in HR or Business Psychology is a plus) You're a proactive self-starter - organised and independent, but also thrive in a small, collaborative team. Salary Range



28,000 - 33,000 depending on experience with generous sales bonus scheme
